Strawberry Toast Forever

It’s berry season

Fresh, in-season strawberries are chef’s kiss. Bright, sweet, and tart—there is nothing better than starting my morning with strawbs. Most of the time I just have a bowl of berries, but lately I’ve been loving them on toast.

My perfect berry toast: smear some Culina Strawberry Rose yogurt on a toasty piece of sourdough. (I go for the olive-oil-fry-in-a-pan method.) Top with sliced strawbs, sprinkle with ceylon cinnamon, and drizzle with local honey. Perfection!!!

My next favorite summer toast has been avo toast with a salt sprinkle and blackberries. Sounds weird, tastes great! Can’t wait to come up with more berry toasts all summer long.
